Elk Burger @ Ridgeback Cafe

This is the burger that started it all for me here in NM. The Elk Burger with Green chili. Elk is a healthier alternative to beef and abundant in the Jemez Mountains. Double Patty, cheese, fresh green chili, and curly fries.  The picture here is of a double elk burger, they have a challenge that includes a Triple Elk, Full Plate Of Fries, slice of pie and a 32oz soda. You finish it all in under and hour, your picture goes up on the "Wall Of Fame" and your meal is free.
